Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Slate Scripts (slatescripts.dev) and every product purchased through it. By purchasing or downloading anything from this store you agree to them.

1. What you're buying

All products are digital FiveM resources (scripts). Purchases are licences, not ownership of the code. Checkout, billing and fulfilment are operated by Tebex Limited as merchant of record.

2. Licence

• One purchase grants one licence for one community/server operation owned by you.
• Licences are personal and non-transferable; reselling or "account sharing" is prohibited.
• You may not redistribute, leak, re-upload, resell, sublicense or otherwise share any product — escrowed or source — in whole or in part.
• You may not decompile, de-escrow, dump, bypass or otherwise circumvent resource protection on escrowed products. Escrow (FXAP) being technically defeatable does not make doing so permitted — it is a licence violation and a violation of the FiveM platform terms.
• Source-code purchases may be modified for your own community only; modified copies are not eligible for support.

3. Enforcement

Licence violations — including leaking, reselling or de-escrowing — result in immediate revocation of all licences and downloads on your account, without refund, and a permanent store ban. We actively watermark and monitor for leaked copies.

4. Delivery, updates & support

• Products are delivered digitally to your account immediately after payment confirms.
• Licences include access to updates for the purchased product while it is sold here.
• Support is provided via Discord for unmodified copies on supported frameworks.
• Subscriptions grant access to the catalog while active; access ends when the subscription ends.

5. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: digital goods, delivered instantly, all sales final unless we cannot resolve your issue; subscriptions and source code are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimers

• Products are provided "as is". We warrant reasonable effort to keep them working on current FiveM artifacts and supported frameworks, but cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party resource or future platform change.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive or other rights holders. FiveM is a registered trademark of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the store after changes means you accept the updated terms.
